Shipping Policy

No returns for change of mind or sizing errors (check our size chart before ordering—measure twice, sail once!). Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (tags attached, if applicable).

Set sail with Anime Vault and claim your treasure! Here’s how we get your loot from our vault to your hands, Straw Hat style.

• Processing Time: Every tee is custom-crafted just for you. Orders ship out within 3-5 business days after you stake your claim (weekends and holidays don’t count—pirates need rest too!).

• Shipping Time:

  • Domestic (CA): 2-10 business days via Fedex.

  • ​

  • International: 7-21 business days, depending on your island on the Grand Line (customs delays may apply)

• Tracking: Once your treasure’s on its way, you’ll get a tracking number via email. Follow its voyage like a Log Pose

• Lost or Delayed?: If your shipment’s MIA after 30 days (or 14 days past “delivered” status), contact us at Animevaultca@gmail.com. We’ll hunt it down or send a replacement.

• Notes: We’re not liable for customs fees or duties—those are the World Government’s tolls, not ours. Delivery times may vary during stormy seas (e.g., holidays or global delays).​
